Yellow wine chicken { 黄酒鸡}


Ingredients:

4 Chicken thighs ( cut into big chunks)
100g of black fungus ( soak and cut )
4 slices of old ginger
4 garlic cloves ( chopped)
200ml of home made yellow rice wine
1 Tbsp of sesame oil
A handful of goji berries

Methods:

~ Heat the wok and add in sesame oil
~ Add in the ginger and fry till fragrant
~ Add in the garlic bits
~ Add in the chicken meats and fry till both sides are lightly brown
~ Pour in about 200ml of rice wine and black fungus
~ Boil on high flame and simmer for about 20 mins
~ Sprinkle the goji berries and serve warm
